Work

I worked at Ateks Otomotiv, a company dedicated to the manufacture and distribution of spare parts for trucks and buses of well-known brands such as Volvo, Scania, Daf, Renault, and Mercedes Benz. I was working as a member of the export and sales department. My work basically communicated with foreign customers, in my case Spanish and Portuguese speaker countries, follow orders, find new customers, and finalise the sale. The company exports to more than 100 countries and has 30 years of experience, I used my knowledge acquired at the university, learning a lot and I have no doubt that this experience in the company it will serve me in my professional life in the future. I am still cooperating with them from my country home Bolivia.

Experience

I had the chance of travelling around Turkey and I can say that I have been lucky enough to meet many good people, who make me feel at home, my mentor and her family, the IAESTE team, and all the interns that I have come to know, of all nationalities, such as Poland, Greece, China, Syria, India, Bosnia, Serbia, Montenegro, Lebanon, Ghana, Spain, etc .; They made my stay really a dream come true! Thanks to IAESTE for allowing me to live this experience, I really have no words!

The IAESTE experience, enhanced my possibilities in many fields of specialisation, develop my skills in many ways such as independence, responsibility, being more open mind and confident about myself and my knowledge acquired at university.
