IAESTE Day in Tajikistan and around the world

On 20 October 2018 IAESTE member countries around the world celebrated IAESTE Day. What is IAESTE Day you ask? Well, it's a day where we celebrate our wonderful association and all the people in it, from our members to our students, from our trainees to our alumni and from our employers to our academics. A preview of one of the great events comes from our member country, Tajikistan.

'We organised a presentation for new students who are wished to participate in the IAESTE exchange in 2019. The National Secretary of IAESTE Tajikistan - Dr. Pulatov Pulat, made a welcoming speech for the new students. Then there was a general presentation about IAESTE A.b.s.l. and IAESTE Tajikistan.

IAESTE alumni who had had an internship in the previous year gave short presentations about their experiences and shared some tips with the new students. We received over 100 applications with 49 candidates being invited to take the IAESTE Language test. After the  presentations and Language test there were feedback session with the students. They received detailed answers to their questions about IAESTE Tajikistan, about internships and major fields.'
