IAESTE and Inspireli Partnership launched

We are extremely proud to announce that we are a main partner of Inspireli, an architecture awards organisation and we will be working closely with them on their student competition for the reconstruction of the port of Beirut, which was devastated by an explosion in 2020.

In this competition, students from all over the world are invited to rethink the future port of Beirut that will be rebuilt and invested under F.D.B.O.T (Finance, Design, Built, Operate, and Transfer); the Port administration and the ministry of public work and transportation need to set their requirements and condition list that would shape the path of the future; hence, the winners of this competition will have the chance to be part of setting the requirements with the Lebanese authorities and therefore part of rebuilding the port.

We will work closely with our vast network of universities and students in over 80 countries to help ensure this competition is open to all students of the world. IAESTE and Inspireli are a perfect match for this kind of project as Architecture is one of the main fields of study, within which IAESTE students can gain life-changing work experience abroad.
