IAESTE Ombudsperson

The Ombudsperson receives, investigates and handles complaints from trainees and applicants to the programme, and acts as a mediator in disputes. The Ombudsperson offers complete discretion and will never do anything without the permission of the complainant, and will seek a solution that is in the interest of all the parties involved. You may contact the Ombudsperson if you have any issues/feedback or complaints, but only if you have not been able to resolve these with your hosting or sending committee. Complaints to the Ombudsperson must be received in writing using the form below, with a full explanation of the situation, and the actions that have already been taken to reach a solution.
